Starting Wednesday, April 3, crews will work overnight on a portion of 31st Street to perform underground electrical work.

31st Street will remain open during this work with reduced lanes for eastbound and westbound traffic.

KC Streetcar Constructors to move rail Tuesday, March 19, from the rail storage area near 49th Street and Brookside Boulevard to the work zone on the east side of Brookside Boulevard near Emanuel Cleaver II Boulevard.

KC Streetcar Constructors will close a portion of 49th Street between Brookside Boulevard and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard on Thursday, February 15.

This is a permanent closure of the east 49th Street slip lane to accommodate the streetcar only lane from Emanuel Cleaver II Boulevard to 51st Street.

KC Streetcar Constructors are preparing to flip traffic on the Brush Creek Bridge to begin working on the east side of Brookside Boulevard between Emanuel Cleaver II Boulevard and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.
